Great people BUT long wait The service writers and everyone else I’ve ever delt with have been wonderful. My husband and I have bought or leased three vehicles from Greco Kia an The service writers and everyone else I’ve ever delt with have been wonderful. My husband and I have bought or leased three vehicles from Greco Kia and have always had a good experience. So I’m not sure if it was just a really busy day but 2 1/2 hours for routine service is to long to wait. Also over $300.00 for a 15000 mile service seems like a lot of money to me. the next time I lease a vehicle I’ll make sure routine service is included ( I think that should be part of the lease as it is their vehicle and they should want to protect it) or I’ll take it to an outside mechanic to have my service done. More
