They told my son what his problem was, he paid in advance, and when he came to pick it up because "it was fixed", it still didn't work, wasting his time. (and didn't make sense that was the problem since the latch worked). Now they tell him something else but haven't fixed yet, waiting on part Must step up your communication. More

Al is the best! Al Dopman has taken care of my Kia Optima SX Turbo ever since I got it. He ALWAYS goes the distance to make sure my baby is taken care of, and recomme Al Dopman has taken care of my Kia Optima SX Turbo ever since I got it. Wonderful team at Grieco Kia. Al and the entire team at Grieco Kia are amazing. Friendly and helpful. As well as all the amenities, such as gourmet coffee, free Wi-Fi, and courtesy Al and the entire team at Grieco Kia are amazing. Friendly and helpful.
