Service Center is lack luster Just a few reasons for my "why" I gave the rating I did... - Felt the service center employee spoke down to me in front of other customers and dealer Just a few reasons for my "why" I gave the rating I did... - Felt the service center employee spoke down to me in front of other customers and dealership employees - Was told I could not use 2 coupons after I asked then suddenly was "allowed" to use them - Was told my car would be washed then it came out unwashed and WAY dirtier than when I brought it in! Oil ALL over the white paint by door handles and greasy smudges ALL over both front windows - Service center employee rushed me when I was asking questions about my $500+ service. Call me crazy but I think a $500 spend entitles me to a few minutes of questions and thoughtful and informative answers - Was told after waiting 2+ hours that the parts that my car needed were not in stock and that I would have to come back. I found this strange becuase I made an appointment and they knew exactly what I was coming in for so I figured those issues would be fixed. - Mechanics left dirty items inside of my car which I returned when I came back for the 2nd time this week More
