Tire change So i called to ask for an appointment for a tire change and the lady on the phone said you can come in you don’t need an appointment will just stay h So i called to ask for an appointment for a tire change and the lady on the phone said you can come in you don’t need an appointment will just stay here so when I get there it was 5 o’clock and the guy tells me how I don’t know if I have time for you if you don’t have an appointment I’ll see what I can do for you which I said the lady told me that I don’t need it and you guys have time he said I don’t know we’ll see I went inside I asked the lady that I spoke on the phone with and she said yes he has time for you so when I went outside and told him he started asking me questions about the vehicle so he sends it in the service area and then after 40 minutes spent in the dealership answering questions about the numbers names addresses and other stuff he tells me that they don’t have that tire in stock which the lady on the phone said that she has it so next time instead of wasting my time and their time it’s better just find out what model tire is so everybody’s happy I don’t have to waste my time I would never recommend that location to anybody it was unfriendly and professional Bad customer service More

Not very responsive My Kia Sorento wouldn't start on a Sunday....I jump started it, and took it into the dealer but the service dept was closed(which I understand), but t My Kia Sorento wouldn't start on a Sunday....I jump started it, and took it into the dealer but the service dept was closed(which I understand), but they said they would not have any loaner cars to give on Sunday because "that's done by the service dept". I ended up jumping my car 3 times to get around that day. My car was under warranty for a battery (which was clear was the issue) and I dropped it off in the overnight box Sunday night. I put on the paperwork that it would start when I jumped it and it most likely needed a new battery. I waited until Monday around noon after not hearing anything back to call in. They said they hadn't got to it yet...I said it's just a new battery and I really need it by 4pm. I called again at 2pm, they said they couldn't jump it with a jump box....I said use a car to jump it, they said they can't use a car to do that. I called back at 3:30 and they said they haven't got it in yet, but said come down and we'll see if we can get you a car. when I got there at 4pm, they said it was done....just needed a battery. The service guy (Bob) was really nice and apologetic when I got there. More
Recall on KIA Soul I got a letter about a recall - I called the closest KIA dealership, made an appointment. LAME EXPERIENCE. THEY DID NOTHING TO EARN MY FUTURE BUSINES My car had a recall which indicated on the letter to have it taken card of right away bc it was dangerous. When i.explained the danger, they transferred me and i ended up leaving a voicemail. I was never called back. i called again that evening and i was scheduled for the following day. I asked for a loaner since i heard on the "on hold" message that they offered them and I had to get to work. I was told that loaners were only for customers having service there, not recalls. That makes noooo sense, so if im paying for a service you'll give me a loaner, but if I'm inconvenienced by a manufacturer defect that could have actually caused me to have an accident and potentially be hurt or die, i need to uber or find a ride. CRAZY!!!! Then when I picked up my car, the lady gave me my keys and said youre all set. I asked her well where's my car and she said it should be out there in the lot. I went on a wild goose chase and still no car. It was out back and someone finally helped me and drove it out to me. Seriously, it should have been brought out to me from the get go to be convenient since I was already inconvenienced and had to pay for an uber back and forth. Also they returned my car to me dirty, what ever happened to the good old days of a quick vacuum at the very least. They did NOTHING AT ALL to earn my business. I will NOT be back and I will let everyone know of my experience. What a mind blowing lame experience More
