id give zero stars if i could. waited 6 months because kua broke my antenna in may. my service person ledt- no one told me. brought my car in several times was turned away. came in waited 6 months because kua broke my antenna in may. my service person ledt- no one told me. brought my car in several times was turned away. came in last saturday. saw helen- the part was ordered, she was supposed to call me tues or wed. she never called. additionally something is wrong w my headlight, that was never addressed. i called today/ the part is there. i will be in monday. this is the absolute worst branch Kia has. im disgusted. The worst made an appointment in advance for a recall, knowing that it should take two hours and told him I would wait got there on time and for the first three hours my car sat outside not even being wor knowing that it should take two hours and told him I would wait got there on time and for the first three hours my car sat outside not even being worked on went in at 7:30.
