If I have questions he always takes the time to explain things and a few times there were recalls on my car I didn't even know about and he makes me aware and gets the issue fixed. Great work More

Rough Start, Good Outcome My service requests were not met by the end of the day Friday, so I was disappointed at pickup. Thankfully Al Dopman helped me close out what services My service requests were not met by the end of the day Friday, so I was disappointed at pickup. Thankfully Al Dopman helped me close out what services I did receive, and assured me that he would assist with the remaining items. I came back on Monday while he was on duty, and was still frustrated (not of him) to have to come back. Al not only made sure that my original requests were taken care of, he also went the extra mile with his assistance in making sure I knew how the parts were installed and that I could drive away with no worries. I didn't think my disappoint could be cured, but Allen Dopman managed to erase my frustrations. I know I will use this location again, and of course I will make sure he's on duty just in case. More

However, Mr. Robert in the service shop made it bearable. He not only polite and courteous, he was fair and patient and smiled the whole time and did not get "upset"! Even if he does not like his job or anything, he did not show it! That in itself goes a long way. He worked hard, not only on my particular case, but for everyone just the same. I work in sales and with difficult people of all kinds, all the time as well, so i completely understand, but Robert showed, and continues to exude all the makings of a "great" employee. And, sadly, if even a tenth of employees, in all fields of employment, had his character and more, then being a customer wouldn't be so bad. More
