Routine Service I scheduled an oil change and other routine maintenance via the on-line scheduling app. No problems! I showed up and was signed in quickly. I asked I scheduled an oil change and other routine maintenance via the on-line scheduling app. No problems! I showed up and was signed in quickly. I asked the service rep to check out a few minor things I had noticed on the car and they were added to the check list. During the tire rotation, the front brakes were discovered to be near their service limit. I had them changed out. All in all, I appreciated the prompt, friendly and thorough care I (and the car!) received. Thanks. More

Do not service or purchase your vehicle here WARNING: Do NOT buy a car from here. I purchased a car and within less then 2 months the car breaks down when I’m two hours away in the middle of nowh WARNING: Do NOT buy a car from here. I purchased a car and within less then 2 months the car breaks down when I’m two hours away in the middle of nowhere! A tow bill of 368 dollars later which I have yet to get back btw. I go to Kia for them to tell me there is a engine recall on my vehicle (great) and I’m to submit my tow bill for reimbursement. They wanted me to go rent a car go to enterprise guess what they want a separate deposit so 368+150 deposit (let’s keep adding math) I told them no! They were to get me a loaner car from Kia. I had to Uber home that night! After screaming and yelling enough i get a call next day they have a car. 5 days they had my car for it to break down within a month again a customer stranded. I call Kia what do they say? “If the problem isn’t associated with engine then the tow fee is on you” I’m like are you kidding me?!? I just bought this car! They do a change of engine and literally consistently the car is breaking down. Come to find out they say “it’s a wire that wasn’t pushed in all the way” “has nothing to do with engine” has nothing to do with engine huh? Then my car breaks down again! I take it back again to be told oh it’s a sensor inside the gas tank hmm... 107.77 + labor what do I hear next? “Has nothing to do with engine” ofcourse! So now I’ve taken this car back over and over and here I am stuck with another bill. I call another Kia to be told actually the part is 95 not 107.77 so they even were pricing me wrong and on top of that it was confirmed it’s actually a “workmanship” issue when they take apart your car they obviously have to take apart and disconnect all the hoses so it’s believed the hose to gas tank was not tightened properly similar to how they didn’t connect the electrical wire I had to go back for ironic huh? Dont bother buying a car from here!! Or servicing there! It would be a huge mistake! They’ll do whatever to sell you the car and then leave you high and dry when the crappy car fails. The service department are rude and don’t know a thing! I got super mad and the service guy tells me “well how did you get here this time?” I said driving duh after having my car towed there multiple times his response the manager on duty today? “Well it doesn’t hurt you to drive” really?!??! Look people save yourself the headache. I’m going to corporate and was given the information for the consumer and complaints resource agency which licenses them and yes I’m filing a formal complaint and calling corporate tomorrow. Go to any other Kia! Warning!!!! Just to address this dealerships phony response just an FYI lies. They’ll say anything that’s why I’ve opened a case with corporate. Again don’t waste your time getting a vehicle from here. They’re rude, and liars. I never did anything to there vehicle or im sure I would have heard all about it. We’ll see how the consumer and resource agency handles my compliant and corporate. Heads up when I spoke to other kias they told me over and over how they get calls on Kia of delray over and over due to unhappy customers. That’s also why with the BBB your rating is a F let me be clear an F! But Ofcourse rather then Take responsibility they put up this fake response. Don’t trust it people. And how ironic they don’t address anything but what they want to address in response how interesting right? Not how they treat there customers or how they replaced the wrong tire on my car, or how they threatened me hmmm... scammers. Stay clear of Kia! I gave them the opportunity multiple times to correct it no resolution More
