Once again . . I don’t like the idea of people readjusting my vehicle A/C, leaving fingerprints on my windows/doors and MOST importantly, the last time I retri . I don’t like the idea of people readjusting my vehicle A/C, leaving fingerprints on my windows/doors and MOST importantly, the last time I retrieved my vehicle, after the service. The tall Hispanic guy sped up through the car drop off area, in high speed. It was UNNECESSARY and in my vehicle!!!! WTH?!? Also .. made a comment towards me. Something, “beautiful”. Just VERY unprofessional!! In conclusion…. I was supposed to have my tires rotated and it was never done and no one mentioned anything to me. Thanks God Jesus, I’m familiar with cars. I can explain how I know, if anyone wishes to ask me. This has been a lengthy Review/Survey. Just not content at all!! BTW .. the PSI on my tires were off. More
There was a recall on my car, so brought it to the service center. They had said to ask for Wesley, so I did. To begin with, Nick and Eboni were amazing and fixed all problems that were caused earlier by those that worked with me. I was told I had a recall but not told what it was for. Only that, “It’s for your bra problems that were caused earlier by those that worked with me. I was told I had a recall but not told what it was for. Only that, “It’s for your brakes.” Which makes one think that there is an issue with their brakes and they’re in danger. All I was there for was an oil change. So they do the oil change and an inspection. After 2 1/2 hours I go to check in and the person in charge of my vehicle had left without saying anything. I’m passed off to a new employee who has no care or respect for me and has no clue what’s going on. She says the recall is done and they did it. Then that the recall is in progress. Then says they don’t have the part and didn’t do it. She then takes us to the cashier (Eboni, who was amazing and a life-saver. She will solve your problems and I highly recommend her.) She refuses to say when they will have the part I need for my recall and then leaves. Eboni sorts it all out and informs us what the recall is actually for, orders the part, and schedules us to receive that part. At this point I’ve spent 3 hours here for an oil change. I go to leave and get into my car. I open my glovebox to put my new paperwork inside. And my glovebox FALLS TO THE GROUND. The service workers disassembled my glovebox. I instantly go back and have them fix it. The line manager (Nick) is amazing and so apologetic and fixed it for us. Then a week later I drop the car off for 4 hours and they fully detailed it for me and of course got me my part. As helpful as Nick and Eboni were, my glovebox being disassembled and spending 3 1/2 hours here for an oil change isn’t acceptable. I recommend going to Kia West Palm or the location in Gardens on Northlake. More
With the new people in service dept line, this was the best service i have had in 5 years. Just as good as when I 1st purchased the vehicle.
