The service manager I like to deal with, Robert, is always friendly, courteous, and patient while explaining to me what needs to be done. The only thing I do not enjoy is the waiting. It takes way too long to get my car back once it goes in, even though I was given an estimated time for pick up. An hour and a half later than that is just not reasonable. More

Such a great place with great people First time customer and couldn't be happier. Jennifer was great. I dropped my car off for a radio repair she not only figured out my warranty info for First time customer and couldn't be happier. Jennifer was great. I dropped my car off for a radio repair she not only figured out my warranty info for me , she hooked me up with a rental so i didnt have to worry about getting to work. Radio is working great now. All the employees that work there are very friendly and the work was done in a timely manner. A very good experience. I was welcomed immediately and the service manager, Bob, was cordial and polite. Oil Change I brought my Soul in for an oil change, but it was discovered that my car had 'tire rot'.
