A Listening Ear is Hard to Find these Days Today I had the pleasure of meeting Al Dopman, Lead Service Advisor at Greico Kia. My brand new Optima had an unusual problem and Al listened very car Today I had the pleasure of meeting Al Dopman, Lead Service Advisor at Greico Kia. My brand new Optima had an unusual problem and Al listened very carefully to me and he was able to come up with a solution. He was patient, respectful and concerned. Unfortunately, in these tumultuous time we are living in no one listens and no one cares. The exception to this new normal is Al Dopman. Greico Kia is indeed fortunate to have Al on their team. More

Quick and Responsive Service I had an issue with my Optima pinging and displaying a msg that I needed to put the car in Park when I tried to turn it off after putting it in Park. I had an issue with my Optima pinging and displaying a msg that I needed to put the car in Park when I tried to turn it off after putting it in Park. I called Grieco and Jennifer Carter was able to fit me into the schedule that day. After a thorough inspection it was determined that my Optima needed a new inhibitor switch. The part was replaced and I was back on the road the sane day. Great service, friendly and helpful staff. More

3hours later and drive home a nightmare 3 hours. Not warranted. Car was not ever washed and now I have a wrench lit up on my diagnostic “check up”!! 2300!miles and the dashboard shows someth 3 hours.
