Then charged extra as extra service not on coupon added. (Tire Rotation on coupon and Tire Alignment also added.) Did not protest as the representative was nice, but it this bothered me since it was not on the coupon and not clarified it would be extra until after it was completed. Later in the same month, Jan 31, 2025, battery died at a traffic light. (Due to the gas saver where it turns car off, my car would not turn back on at the light.) Towed to Kia service center. Asked for my printouts of the health of my battery and this was not recorded. Leads me to believe my battery was never checked on Jan 3, just the paper checked off. I did purchase a new battery from Kia, but this overlook cost me an additional service fee at Kia, a costly tow truck assist, and scared, broken down in the middle of traffic Thursday night. Should have at least not been charged the Jan 31 service fee since less than 30 days from last check up/service.. More
