I needed my electric windows fixed because they were not going down and I told him I had the extended warranty He did say there would be a deductible but didn’t know and let would let me know and he never going down and I told him I had the extended warranty He did say there would be a deductible but didn’t know and let would let me know and he never came out When I was getting ready to pay he said there was a $100 deductible but he did come out to let me know the amount. I had an oil change and he said it was $90, when I said it’s usually $40 his respond was he never heard of that when I spoke with another rep and said that the oil was Synthetic I felt that there was no transparency on his part More

Service center helpful and nice. Sales department nice but I didn't feel they were trying to give me a fair deal. Also when I bought my first Kia they had me drive off the lot with Sales department nice but I didn't feel they were trying to give me a fair deal. Also when I bought my first Kia they had me drive off the lot with the car and have a signed contract then demanded I come back a week later to give more money and redo a contract. This prompted me to buy my 2nd Kia at a location further from where I live. Nethertheless after talking to Delray about a possible upgrade, I'm still hesitant to trust their sales department but service is as always excellent! More
