Nicole Pascual is a great Service representative. But there is much room for improvement for Service technicians on the backend. It was my first service on my 2025 Sportage that I purchased in November of 2024. When I first got to the service center the attendant told me there would be a charge. I told him I had bought a servic purchased in November of 2024. When I first got to the service center the attendant told me there would be a charge. I told him I had bought a service contract when I purchased the car. I believe I paid $899 for the contract. I was very upset within 2 minutes of arriving. It would have been nice if the service advisor had offered to check on the contract but he did not. I walked over to the finance manager’s office myself to try to resolve the issue. 20 minutes later the issue was resolved. It really just set me back that the service contract was not in the system. I was pissed off to start with as my first experience since I bought the car . It ended up that it was worked out and everyone else treated me very well. More
Very timely call back. Car was finished on time. Only complaint is that I could not get Ride back from the shuttle and could not connect with Anyone to send ride share so I Car was finished on time.
