Not a Fun Time This Time I had a 10:00 am appointment on a Thursday. Did not get processed and/or truck for service until 10:45. My rep kept getting interrupted by phone cal I had a 10:00 am appointment on a Thursday. Did not get processed and/or truck for service until 10:45. My rep kept getting interrupted by phone calls, co-workers, etc. Had the same experience checking out - again took over 30 minutes due to him being constantly interrupted. Not fair to either him nor I. Now I have to go back this Saturday - glad I'm taking the shuttle. I'm also hoping they are on time and that I don't have another 30 minute checkin. Shouldn't take over 3 hours to get your tires rotated, oil change and vehicle checked (brakes, struts, etc.) I wonder if you overbook like doctors do? Not a good idea Kia. First time I had this issue and I have been going to this Kia dealership for over 3 years now. Just disappointed and hoping this does not happen again. Thank you. More
