Helen was trying to be helpful. But every time I want to talk to her, she was on the phone with somebody else, hands-free. So I had to wait until she was finished. There was no one else I could talk to, so it was a bit frustrating for me. She asked me, if I wanted them to wash the car, I told her no, that I took care of that myself. I was afraid that would strip the wax that I recently applied to the car.. I was told, it would be at least two hours before my car is ready. I thought that was too long to wait.. When my car was finally done, it looked nice. I’m really not sure at this point if I will take my car back To Kia for service . More
Everything about the service was fine. I was supposed to get a shuttle ride to my house but even though the shuttle driver said they were about 30 minutes away, I waited much longer than 3 I was supposed to get a shuttle ride to my house but even though the shuttle driver said they were about 30 minutes away, I waited much longer than 30 minutes. Almost an hour later even the service rep Cody agreed that we were way past 30 minutes. He called the shuttle driver again and this time told me another 15 minutes to which I declined and took the service reps offer of a complimentary Lyft. Also, I found the cost of the brake service very expensive. Over $600.00 for front brakes and a flush. Since brakes are a common repair that most any places can take care of, I will most likely be going somewhere else for brake services. Other than those two issues, I have no other complaints. More
My review is a one star because my car has been in the shop since three business days, and I have been calling and calling and getting voicemails and leaving messages and even speaking to Anthony, but nev shop since three business days, and I have been calling and calling and getting voicemails and leaving messages and even speaking to Anthony, but never getting any phone calls back. I went two days ago in person cause I lost my patience cause no one would ever call me back to let me know what is happening with my car, just to find out that nobody even touched the car. All I heard was excuses. Today I called because no one still called me even though Anthony promised to call me by the end of the day on Saturday! Again, I got Anthony‘s voicemail and Cody‘s voicemail. It is super frustrating not be able to get any updates or information on what is happening with the car. It was not a good experience that day. A lady had an event in the ladies room that cost it to be hard to sit in the waiting room for two hours. I called the main number and talked to a young man told him we need to get air freshener immediately and he said I could come to his office and find it. I said no I will call to talk to the manager and someone must come and leave at this problem. Several people came and took care of it. My car was done washed and I left. The man that helped me was courteous and kind. But no sticker was placed in my car so I will know when to return it for the next oil change. And it has been leaking since I left. I have been out of town came back and there’s a large oil spot in my garage floor. I will be bringing the car back this week if I can get an appointment. I am concerned about the oil or whatever is leaking in my car. I’ve never had this problem before. Gentlemen, that help me that day was someone named Cory I believe. More
