Excellent Customer Service Big thanks to Ryan LA Corte, in the service department. He was the first Service Consultant at this location to sit down with me and go over what my S Big thanks to Ryan LA Corte, in the service department. He was the first Service Consultant at this location to sit down with me and go over what my Sorrento needs with the mileage it has while being interrupted a million times by my little girl with absolutely no frustration. Additional he took into account I was on a tight budget and work out the situation to make sure I was able to get what needed to get done for the safety of my family. I have to say waiting 2 hours for an oil is pretty ridiculous and since I agreed to additional services waiting another hour or so is even worse but with the kind and gentle demeanor of Ryan, he made the first half hour less stressful. Additionally, a young lady named Tamara was very pleasurable and entertained my little girl for some of the time, too! That was a great help! More

They break I pay for the fix I am very displeased with Grieco Kia service. I took the car in to have some warranty work done on a factory recall. I agreed to have some service wor I am very displeased with Grieco Kia service. I took the car in to have some warranty work done on a factory recall. I agreed to have some service work done at 50,000 miles totaling $758. While doing that work they somehow managed to unplug the passenger side side low beam. And they broke the passenger side airbag. I took it back for them to fix the air bag. They charged me $78 to quote reprogram unquote the airbag. That did not solve the problem. Then they tell me they want $1,700 to replace the airbag system on the passenger side but they'll give me credit for the $78 I've already spent for reprogramming. Unbelievable. Will never see me again. More
New tires Our 2007 Kia had never had a wheel alignment and the drive to Florida from Canada resulted in 4 new tires (purchased at Costco) being worn thin on the Our 2007 Kia had never had a wheel alignment and the drive to Florida from Canada resulted in 4 new tires (purchased at Costco) being worn thin on the insides, which was brought to our attention when one of them went flat. Costco then told us about the alignment issue, rather too late. We happened to drive by Grieco Kia and decided to try it out, having become a tad disenchanted with the Costco experience. Al Dopman was our service advisor at Grieco and we couldn't have been treated better. He went out of his way to accomodate our schedule, and the cost estimate that we started with was what we ended up with; i.e., no surprises that needed to be added. We intend to have our car serviced at Grieco in the future while we're in Florida. I gladly recommend Grieco. More
