My Service Advisor, Al Dopman, not only went out of his The level of professionalism that I experienced on Friday October 30, 2015 truly made my day! My Service Advisor, Al Dopman, not only went out of his way to accommodate me by pushing my appointment 1 hour later than originally schedule, when I called in and explained that I was retained in a meeting at work. Then when I arrived, I was warmly greeted and taken care of very quickly. He clearly explained everything that was going to be done and advised on others that required attention. While waiting in the comfortable & friendly Customer Lounge, I was able to get some of my own work done. Once my vehicle was ready, Al with his courteous, professional & personal touch went once more over everything. Bottom line, after a long and hard day at work, I was able to leave the dealership with a big smile on my face. AL DOPMAN IS SIMPLY THE BEST!!! More
