Even though I was a bit tardy when I got there everyone was so nic From start to finish the people at this dealership made my service visit very easy! Oil change Came in for appointment at 10:30am and just got an oil change and it took an hour an a half, which made me late for work once again and I didn't get a Came in for appointment at 10:30am and just got an oil change and it took an hour an a half, which made me late for work once again and I didn't get a car wash because I was told it would have been another 30 minutes which would have been a 2 hour wait for a scheduled oil change. Kristie Fudge in service is awesome ! I have visited the dealership twice. Kristie Fudge was the first person I met in the service department. She was friendly and welcoming, we hit it I have visited the dealership twice. Kristie Fudge was the first person I met in the service department. She was friendly and welcoming, we hit it off great. She helped me understand exactly what was going on with my first service order on my 2015 Kia Soul. I was out in about 1 & 1/2 hrs, which I was pleasantly surprised. I came back for my second service and I was way too early for it to be done. Kristie recognized that and said I should come back in about another 1000 miles. Very refreshing to me - some people would have just let me have the service done and pay, when it was not necessary yet. Thank you for people like Kristie. I will be back. More
