Patched tire and oil change I was afraid I would need a new tire from a nail puncture but they patched it up for $25 and also did the oil change which saved me a trip next month. After great professional advice from Neal Kaplan I sold back my 2012 Optima and leased a beautiful 2015 Optima and my husband leased a 2016 Sorento. That being said, every time I phone them or come in everyone is very welcoming. I have been coming here for years and the lovely Debbie helps me with everything, even if I don't quite know what I want or need. Everyone is so patient with me and really just care about the customer. The front of the house is very important, that is Debbie, she is the first one you talk to the phone and one of the first people you see when entering the building. She is always smiling and is always polite to everyone. This last visit was because I heard an odd sound coming from under the hood, Alan was so great with me while I tried to explain the sound to him, bless his heart. If you have any doubts about going to this location, I challenge you to check it out. I promise you will not be disappointed. When it is time, we will be purchasing our next vehicle from here as well. More

My parents also recently bought a used vehicle from them. They bought the 2014 Kia Sorento sxl which is an amazing vehicle. Love everything about the car. One thing I especially love about this place is the warranty and how they stand behind their product. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
