Even I called 2 weeks ahead when I went there to drop my car off they did not have the parts not only that when they did get the parts and my car was ready they never called me so I was without a car for 2 car off they did not have the parts not only that when they did get the parts and my car was ready they never called me so I was without a car for 2 days and then I found out only one of the parts was there and it took another two days to get the other part unbelievable More

Arrived at 8:00 for scheduled appointment for an oil change and to look at a tire. When queried at 10:00 the technician had not even started to look at the car. It was pumped with air, but I already pumped air 2 times since I did the service. I have a feeling that they only intend in money, not fixing the problem.
