Great service experience! I brought my new 2016 Sorento to Grieco Kia for the first five thousand mile check up. It was a wonderful experience where the staff was pleasant acco I brought my new 2016 Sorento to Grieco Kia for the first five thousand mile check up. It was a wonderful experience where the staff was pleasant accommodating and it took no time to get in and out. The waiting room was pleasant and I had a chance to have a cup of coffee watch the news on TV and answer a few emails. No sooner had I opened up a book I brought to read, my car was ready! I happened to pass the salesman who sold me my car, Edson D . and was met with a warm greeting. If you're looking for a great buying experience as well as service I highly recommend this dealership as it's been nothing but positive in comparison to other dealerships. More

The best service at any dealership Ive had in 30 years. On exactly 2 years to the day I leased my Kia Optima ,on an exceptionally busy work day, I woke up to a dead battery. As we all know... not a happy st On exactly 2 years to the day I leased my Kia Optima ,on an exceptionally busy work day, I woke up to a dead battery. As we all know... not a happy start to a day. My call to my dealership started out a little rocky being told that I was beyond the warranty by ONE day. However, this all took a turn for the better when the service manager called and assured me that it would be taken care of. I arrived at the dealership expecting to spend the afternoon but was immediately told that someone would not only take me back to work (20 minutes away), but would come back and pick me up during rush hour to bring me back to get the car. Whoa!! I was impressed. Saved my day! AND... Everyone had a smile and a compliment to go with the service. My lease is up in a year. I'll be back for another KIA.
