not satisfied I sat there for over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Every time i go it is a different price for the same service.assisting every other time ive been there my car was washed after the service was done...didn't happen this time which was disappointing. Service for my Optima I just got back from having my Optima serviced. The guys at Grieco did a great job. I was helped by Bob Conklin and he went over all my warranties with me, let me know when each one would expire. He went over every aspect of the car to make sure everything was working perfectly. I had small issues like a rattle behind the glove box and and issue with my rear view camera, he made sure they were all addressed and when I picked the car up every problem was fixed. He really went above and beyond what I have ever seen at any other Kia dealership, as I have been to a few different ones to get my car service. Will definitely be back and really appreciate the extra attention he gave me. More
