Quick to fix everything under warranty and I had a lot of additional work done. Tires, brakes and fluids sometimes dealerships/shops try to up sale or have unessential work done however everything that I had worked on needed service that I have known about for a few months. I was not told I might need something off the wall or unexpected. The car seems like brand new. Al was very helpful and informative. For the price I paid for all the extra work a complimentary car wash would have been nice. The West Palm Beach Kia does this when I go in for just a oil change. Also the dealership itself needs updating it seems it has outgrown the tiny lot and building it is currently occupying. We had to drive around for five plus minutes looking for a place to park when I came to pick up my car. This just being in observation but I am not sure why the lot with all the inventory is not where the dealership itself is located. More

No words to describe this amazing experience! What started out as a nightmare turned into such a blessing thanks to all of the service staff here! They went above and beyond, including sending an What started out as a nightmare turned into such a blessing thanks to all of the service staff here! They went above and beyond, including sending an employee over an hour away to pick up the part we needed. It was a holiday weekend and we were going to be stuck 600 miles from home for an additional 5 days!! They were able to expedite getting the part we needed and had us in the road home within 24 hours. I WILL drive 600 miles back to this dealership to buy my next Kia. Again, I cannot describe in words how truly blessed we were to have had them on our side during our "breakdown". They genuinely cared about wanting to help us and get us home and that made all the difference in the world!! More
