Shady Al What in the Hill Billy world is going on at Grieco KIA in Delray? I took my car to Grieco KIA located at 2255 S. Federal HWY, Delray Beach Fl 33483, t What in the Hill Billy world is going on at Grieco KIA in Delray? I took my car to Grieco KIA located at 2255 S. Federal HWY, Delray Beach Fl 33483, today for an oil change and to check my brakes. The overall experience was HORRIBEL. The service staff seemed angry and like they just hated being there. Unfortunately my service Rep. “Al” was the worst of the bunch. He’s a mean, grumpy, unapproachable man, and at this point should either retire or look for another job. I can list several things that was a mess today, but I’ll sum it all by saying “I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE AGAIN.” Al treated me like he was doing me a favor. Like he was paying for my service. To make matters worse, they retuned my car filthy with dirty floor paper and plastic seat cover. The most unbelievable part of this experience was Al taking my survey, completing it and giving me the printed results. Yes, you heard me right. Al handed me a REPORT CARD, KIA SERVICE INDEX Survey that he completed and gave himself a 5 stars. I can’t. The nerve of this man Al. The nerve that he thinks he can provide horrible customer service and then to cover up his short comings, take a survey and gives himself a 5 rating. Lol. I’m so done. Never again, never again. More

Long wait and expensive Very nice place clean and comfy which is good because it took awhile for work to be performed. The staff was very nice and helpful but it does feel as if you are being sold on things you may not need at that time. This is usually the case with most dealership service centers, and it wouldnt be a issue if they actually gave u reasonable prices to do the work. For instance to put a set of $40-$50 dollar front brake pads on should not cost $250 thats alot of $ in labor ecspecially if the rims and tires are off the vehicle already! If they said $100 (even $150 still pushing it) I would of said do it and they would of had another sale, that would of taken them no time at all! Also $50 for an air filter change or cabin filter change is outrageous the filters cost $20 and take 15 minutes to install! Why do they have to make such a profit on simple jobs? Just make a little less profit (labor charges apparently cause parts werent that much$) and make your customers really happy and more people would be more likely to bring there vehicles to the dealer for service work! If they actually would of giving us good prices I would of told them to do it all (just to save me time) but as a very knowledgeable mechanically inclined person I just cant see over paying for something so simple to do. So all in all was happy with customer service, the service center itself. But was very annoyed to find out the actual work that was done for the amount of time I waited and would of loved to get the other services done but they were just to expensive for the jobs that were needed. So now I also have to spend more of my own time to finish servicing my own vehicle after 4hrs of sitting at the dealership already. Please think about making your prices more reasonable so if I am to bring my vehicle to you (& patiently wait 4hrs) atleast I feel like I got something completed for the day and didnt get ripped off doing it. Work performed was done well I will say and vehicle feels a little better just not happy that I have to finish the job. Thank you! More
