Took care of a problem with excellent customer service Bought a used car from Greico Kia(2004 Honda) and when you buy a used car, you sign ALOT of papers stating once you drive off the lot, that car is you Bought a used car from Greico Kia(2004 Honda) and when you buy a used car, you sign ALOT of papers stating once you drive off the lot, that car is yours and any issues you might have with it. Its a little scary if you aren't a mechanic and able to diagnose and look over a car thoroughly. The day we bought the car, that night, the car wouldn't start. Bought a new battery and still nothing. We had to have the car towed to Greico Kia Service who diagnosed the car as having a bad starter. They replaced it with no charge whatsoever to us. We are very appreciative of this service and the amazing service from the service advisors. Unfortunately, we believe the compressor is going now...... More

For an oil change, it took more than 1 hour and 45 min Too long just for an oil change. I asked how long will it take before they started the service and I was told less than an hour. Imagine if I requested a car wash!!! I had to cancel an important appointment and be late for my other appointment. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining about the extended period of waiting time. Nearby me, a man was waiting for over 2 hours already. More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! As always I was greeted by my service advisor Bob Cooklin. He was expecting me as we had spoken earlier in the week. He addressed my issue which is why I had to come in. Bob asked me some questions so he could fully understand my issue. Immediately we took care of the paper work and he escorted me to the well appointed customer lounge. I enjoyed all the ameneties which made my wait a very pleasant experience. Before I knew it my car was completed and it was time to leave. Because I am treated so very weell at this Grieco service center I have become a very loyal customer. Thats because you have people like Bob Cooklin who knows the meaning of great customer service. He is truly a great asset to the Grieco Auto Group. Bob is my go to guy for the service of my Kia Optima. I'll be seeing him again very soon as it will be time for service again. More

Grieco best Kia Service in region Josh and the team at Grieco did a great job fitting me in on a Saturday to service my 2012 Optima. My son who lives in North Florida drives this car a Josh and the team at Grieco did a great job fitting me in on a Saturday to service my 2012 Optima. My son who lives in North Florida drives this car and he failed to tell me the steering column was making sounds until a recent visit. He was preparing to drive the 4 hours back home when he told me about the problem. I contacted Grieco and Josh indicated although the dealership was very busy that day it was important that I came right in. Within 2 hours the car war repaired and Josh informed me it was a problem known to Kia and there was no charge for the repair. We have visited other Kia dealers in South Florida and near Jacksonville with mixed results. Grieco is now the only Kia dealer we will use to service our car. More
