Worst experience of my life at a dealership First time at this dealership, and it will be my last!! Came in around noon to have my car inspected because of a noise near the engine...Josh Fifi First time at this dealership, and it will be my last!! Came in around noon to have my car inspected because of a noise near the engine...Josh Fifi is the tech taking care of me...he goes over the $110 charge to diagnose the car but let's me know how it will be applied to any service, I was ok with that given that Josh and I discussed 3 possible things that would be the issue, one being the idle pully (about $250 in repairs)...two being the alternator (about $450)...and the third being the compressor, which I was told this was my best option because it is a warranty part and I wouldn't pay anything...that exact sentence came out of josh's mouth...so I figured I'm already 110 in the hole, might as well tell them to fix it because there is still the chance I would walk away paying nothing (as josh told me)...after 20-30mins goes by josh comes into the lobby to give me an "update"...he starts with "I have good and bad news" good news being that the car can be fixed today (I was always under the impression that the car would be fixed today so I don't get how this is the good news, which got me worried for the "bad news") then find out that the bad news is the part he told me was under warranty...yeah well it's not under warranty and the repair is $750+!!!! So now I went from the third option being covered under warranty and not a penny out of my pocket, to $750+ out of my pocket...to top it all off I had asked him to provide me with a shuttle to a near by gym, he told me he will check where the driver is located and follow up with me...I waited about 15mins in the lobby and never got a follow up, I ended up walking in the hot sun to the gym, might as well not offer the "courtesy shuttle"...I will never return to this dealership nor will I EVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!! More
