Awesome visit I arrived to the service very disappointed that I had to wait so long for my service and that the car wash took too long. Debbie turned the entire exp I arrived to the service very disappointed that I had to wait so long for my service and that the car wash took too long. Debbie turned the entire experience around. She offered me a different place for wash next time. She also was very apologetic to my experience. I will continue to visit the dealership only because of how Debbie changed it for me. Oil Change Came into the dealer , a day after Matthew, no appointment for an oil change. Not a problem. Thank you,Kia . After about 1 hour the receptionist recommended an AC filter change , didn't make clear how much that part would add to the final cost, not a problem, I authorized replacing it. All was done , vehicle delivered . Problem. A Humming noise coming from the AC vent , the noise was not there before and now is. Drove right back to the dealership, to learn that may take another hour from the 2 hours I have already waited for the oil change, to verify what happened. Since I could not wait for, I made arrangements with the receptionist to came back on the next business day. Came back today , waited about an hour and learned that I will get a call when a new AC Blower arrives ordered to replace the noisy one that was not broken before. Why didn't the mechanic check the work prior to delivering the car puzzled me since he replaced the filter in the first place? Oh... by the way ..today the driver seat came back badly stained ... the stain was not there before either. I will have to return to the dealer one more time and have this AC blower replaced . Is there going to be a cost? It was not very clear . The coffee at the waiting room is fantastic, so are the pastries but I was not really looking forward to returning for the third time. More
Needed new battery I had an emergency on a Saturday and they took me right in no questions. I was in and out within an hour and still made my starting time.
