Outstanding Customer Service I lease KIAs because they're great cars. About 3 years ago I moved to Delray Beach in Florida and went to the Grieco dealership with my leased KIA by I lease KIAs because they're great cars. About 3 years ago I moved to Delray Beach in Florida and went to the Grieco dealership with my leased KIA by default, only because it was very close. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the dealership is clean, efficient, and their staff treats the customers properly. As a result, when my lease was up I leased a 2015 KIA Forte from Grieco. By the way, it's a great car. About ten days ago I had a minor issue with my vehicle and went to the Sales Manager, Alexander Goodrich. Something was missing which should have been in the trunk, but I had no proof so I expected resistance from him, possibly claiming he couldn't do anything without documentation. But Mr. Goodrich took my word, ordered the missing item, and ensured I was made whole. It wasn't a major problem but it was typical of how Grieco KIA treats their customers. The above was only one incident, but on more than one occasion I asked for or needed something and every time I did such, the staff immediately resolved my issue. I can go to any car dealership in south Florida to lease a vehicle, but I want a dealership where I'm treated with respect and I in turn can trust them when they make a promise to me. More
