Great work I had a recall on the steering wheel and they took care of me under the warrantee. Hopefully it's Fixed We have a problem with the cruise control in our 2017 Sorrento with Both safety and tech package. Quick attention from service tech. I told them it was imortant that i be out within an hour . Always Great Had Arthur as usual. He was great as always, informative, polite and helpful. Also took care of another issue I was having that wasn't the main reason Had Arthur as usual. Can't remember her name (Debbie) but the service cashier is also great, and used my Oil rebate she always sends me after my visits. And I always appreciate their complimentary coffee/cappuccino machine, and this time they had a newer better machine that also has other drinks for none coffee drinkers (hot chocolate). Waiting area is great and also has water bottles and pastries/cookies. The actual auto service was great as always. Unlike most places, I do not dread getting my cars services at Grieco. More

Best service experience After an excellent experience with my car purchase here years ago, this dealership continues to impress with it's impeccably run service department. Vince Cajano the Service Manager runs an excellent shop, making sure his department services are kept to the highest automotive standards. Both he and Bob my Service Advisor are both very courteous highly skilled professionals, and have the patience needed to deal with a very demanding consumer. The service technicians at Grieco Kia are knowledgeable of their product line and are up to date with the equipment and vehicle certifications which are needed to successfully work in this environment. The entire operation is very smooth and clean. There was fresh coffee and pastries in the waiting area which was a plus considering I had an early morning appointment...all free. The entire waiting area and bathroom was spotless!! My car was fixed in such a timely manner, and my repairs were explained in detail. It was a wonderful experience to have; something that I know many people cannot usually say for going to a dealership. I definitely recommended anyone to come here if you are looking for excellent service. More
