Terrific Service! I made an appointment to have a few small details looked at by the service department on my 2020 Optima.. As this is the second car I have leased thro I made an appointment to have a few small details looked at by the service department on my 2020 Optima.. As this is the second car I have leased through this dealership I knew that Al Dopman in service would be there to write up my visit. Al is an experienced and knowledgeable service manager who always goes over and above to ensure that any issues are carefully addressed. I highly recommend the Kia Delray service department, especially, Al Dopman. PS... Phil Rosenfield is always friendly and ready to lend a helping hand with a ride home and friendly conversation. More

SERVICE MY KIA RONDO I was greeted promptly by Robert Cooklin, a Service Consultant. Even though I did not have an appointment my vehicle was diagnosed and the replacemen I was greeted promptly by Robert Cooklin, a Service Consultant. Even though I did not have an appointment my vehicle was diagnosed and the replacement part installed quickly, and at a most reasonable cost to me, and as a bonus, they even washed my vehicle. I would heartily recommend Kia of Delray for any type of service on a Kia vehicle. Robert Conklin, the technician, and the cashier were all totally professional, courteous, and efficient. More

Made appointment (8am) to mount a license on front bumper since Wisconsin Bought a 2019 Kia Sorento three weeks ago, I am a snowbird from Wisconsin. Made appointment (8am) to mount a license on front bumper since Wisconsin has front and rear. Drove to Delray from Boynton Beach and was waiting when service told me I would have to order a front bracket and reschedule an appointment. Fortunately I ran into Phil Rosenthal who got a bracket and had my front Wisconsin plate put on. You should be proud of Phil for going the extra mile. Sincerely David Zuckerman More
