Kia Delray - Service Center

Late service even though I was early for my appointment. The representative assigned to me was nowhere to be found 20 minutes to my set appointment. I had to ask another representative to help me. Representative Very disorganized Went to pick up my vehicle the next day only to find out that after I paid and ready to drive to work - 2 repair issues light off that was not there when the drop off my care for the 65K miles COMPLETE MAINTENANCE ( costing $ 1600) needless to say had to wait another hour for them to address the issue so im late for work! No Bueno!!’ More

I bought my car there in 2020 they gave me the price I wanted. The waiting room is comfortable which makes the wait not so unbearable. All staff has gone above and beyond with their professionalism an wanted. The waiting room is comfortable which makes the wait not so unbearable.
