I have encountered inept customer service reps at every visit. As usual, I specifically asked the rep to make sure my dashboard controls were returned to the way I had set them. He promised he would. Another rep wanted me to return to the dealer another day for factory warranted service because the original rep was not there that day. A mechanic had dropped and broken a mirror due to be replaced. I'd already made 2 trips! They seem to be only concerned with coming into the customer lounge and telling us how much longer before repairs are done, because they're rated on that. Just put my dashboard controls back to where I had them, I'm sick of asking again and again. More
