This is kind of scary because, I was really worried about not being able to trust anyone if you can’t trust the person you are texting to tell you their name and it’s a business trying to sell a Car! Willing to Negotiate, Our Sales Person Joel, was Knowledgeable about the TOYOTA Avalon in which is the Car we purchased. We are still waiting to receive the electronic key fob, in which the last owner didn’t turn in! Hopefully Joel, our Salesman will follow up as promised to retrieve the Electronic FOB. The Dealership was busy so we had to wait for an extended time for Finance to Collect the Money! The Car is very nice and we love our new car! Thank you Joel for your help! More
