Very disappointed with knowledge of service advisors. .also very disappointed that Kia does not give free oil change and tire rotation for 5, 000 service or 6 months whichever comes first..all in all, I w .also very disappointed that Kia does not give free oil change and tire rotation for 5, 000 service or 6 months whichever comes first..all in all, I will not go back to that dealership for further services or to purchase a new car,, it ended up costing over $100.00 for this service which probably wasn’t necessary because I only had 2700 miles after 7 months of ownership.This is my third Kia that I’ve purchased and (due to unforeseen circumstances) the third dealership that I’ve been to and the only one that I was thoroughly disgusted by the way they handled the entire process. Brought my Carnival in for a tire losing 10 pounds of air on the front passenger side of the car every 2 days. It was under warrantee. Had to pay for it because the dealership wasn't in the network. The service department then as I found out 2 days later when the tire they were supposed to replace went flat again, that the service department replaced the front driver's side tire instead. It was a real inconvenience to me because I am partially disabled and even though they made good on replacing their mistake, it cause me a lot of my own time and pain. I did not have a lot of time since I was packing up to drive to NY the next day with someone else who.had flown down to help me. The rating of 4 is because they made good and fit me in quickly. If that had not occurred my rating would have been a two. More
