Had my wifes 2011 Sorento serviced there for a problem and they wre just great. even though the car was bought at a diffeent dealer they treater her like she wa the owners daughter. I needed a new car badly! When I arrived at Kia Jack was at the door (he knew I was coming from a phone call) remembered my name and greeted me with a huge smile. Before I signed on the dotted line Jack went over the entire book with me, told me about my service schedule and all of my safety features. He was even super patient while I was on the phone with the insurance company.
