David was great-very good buying experience. He was informative and very helpful. I wish I would have never brough the car back for detailing because that experience was very disappointing. I feel like I wasted my time and gas bringing the car back. In all fairness, I did not express my displeasure when I got into my car as I really didn't want to wait any longer for them to do the job correctly the 2nd time when it should have been done correctly the first time. The inside of the car looked similar as to when I brought it in. The stick shift was not wiped down, neither were the cup holders. You could wipe the dust off under the steering column. The seats had some issues and I was told they would be taken care of when I brought it back in-but this didn't happen. In addition, it appeared like the mats weren't even taken up when it was vaccumed because there was a leaf under the mat, and there was hair on the seat. I guess my idea of detailing isn't what you actually get. However, I would still reccomend David to anyone who asked me. I can't say enough good things about him. However, after the sale needs to be improved. More
