My experience at KIA County of Savannah was by far the worst experience I could have ever imagined. I was ambushed upon arrival which did not allow me to look and weigh all of the different car options av worst experience I could have ever imagined. Once I found a car, waiting for the credit report to return took an hour and waiting to sign the papers took even longer. Upon finally signing the papers I realized my name was not correct therefore we had to start the signing portion over again. All was finally done and I was able to leave thinking all was handled only to receive a letter three weeks later stating that the company that was supposed to finance my loan rejected me. Before purchasing the car I told the dealer that I would only purchase the car if I was owner and my uncle was co-owner, that is what I was PROMISED and I left the dealership that night with paperwork stating I was the owner. However, in order for the company to finance the loan I had to allow my uncle to be the owner which is the opposite of what I was promised. I tried reaching the Savannah dealership many times to figure out was had gone wrong and it took five messages before my call was returned. The paperwork had to be filled out once again only to have them mess up my name AGAIN therefore starting the paperwork for a FOURTH times. All paperwork was signed and then came the issue of my temporary tag, because of the fiance issue taking so long my tag had expired and obtaining another from the dealership resembled pulling teeth. The finance department was very rude and very unprofessional not to mention deceitful. Not only did I have a horrible experience I was also LIED TO. I will never recommenced KIA county of Savannah to anyone nor will I ever purchase another KIA because of the bad experience and unprofessional atmosphere surrounding KIA. KIA will do anything to get you to buy a car, their word means nothing. More

We have been doing business with Kia Of Savannah since 2006 when we purchased a new 2006 Sedona EX. Through all of the maintenance visits and one visit for a service bulletin, I was treated very well. The 2006 when we purchased a new 2006 Sedona EX. Through all of the maintenance visits and one visit for a service bulletin, I was treated very well. They have a comfortable waiting area even with free fresh popped popcorn. The service personnel take care to keep vehicle clean. We liked the Kia 06 so much that we traded it in for a new 2012 Kia Sedona EX because of the quality of the vehicle and the professionalism of the employees at "Kia Of Savannah". I would certainly recommended them and the Kia to anyone wanting a quality vehicle. More

We went to Kia Savannah with the intention of buying a used vehicle. All we were asking was a best and final price on the three vehicles we had it narrowed down to. We were not able to receive what we asked for. We were okay with the price quoted for the trade if they were able to come down on the vehicles sticker price, and he came back with full sticker price. He repeatly requested our payoff on the vehicle we were trading. You do not need to know a payoff to know what you are willing to sell a car for. The voodoo math this associate used makes car buying a confusing process when it does not have to be. We had a simple request for a final and best price that was not fulfilled, infact, they came back at full sticker price. We not upside down on our trade and we had equity in the trade. It is a shame they were unable to to handle a simple request as we were prepared to buy today. More
I highly recommend Kia Country of Savannah! I had a great experience there. I am from Ocala, FL and called Pat Foran about driving up to Savannah to buy my Kia Soul. The price was thousands less than the dealers in Florida. Pat was very gracious on the phone and worked up a deal for me that was unbeatable. When I got there Josh took over the sale and everything went as smooth as silk! No high pressure and very down to earth dealership. I only wish I lived closer so they could service the car too. I will have to depend on Palm Kia in Ocala for that. Josh is a great salesperson and Pat is a great manager! Buy your next car at Kia of Savannah, you won't be dissapointed. Rich G. More

Scott was excellent to work with! We communicated via email for 1 week, working out all of the details to make sure I got exactly what I needed in my vehicle at the right price. He even communicated wit email for 1 week, working out all of the details to make sure I got exactly what I needed in my vehicle at the right price. He even communicated with me on his day off! He answered every question I had and took extra pictures for me to make sure I knew everything about the car before I made a commitment. Knowing I was coming from out of town (4 hours away), he went out of his way to help me find a hotel on a very busy Savannah weekend. The dealership covered the cost of the room, which they do for buyers traveling more than 100 miles. On the day of my transaction, Jack took over with showing the car, test driving, and paperwork. He programmed the GPS for me, synced my phone, and even plugged a couple of excellent Seafood restaurants into the GPS for us. I LOVE this dealership and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone there!
