Carole greeted me with a sm I would highly recommend KIA Country of Savannah! I was contacted by Carole Mendoza after requesting a test drive on-line. Carole greeted me with a smile. She gave me multiple options and suggested a particular Soul that totally fit my personality. I walked in the door around 4pm on a Wednesday and left in my brand new Soul at 7pm. 1st Kia Experience was a GREAT one! It's my first Kia! I am in awe of my used 2011 Kia Sorento! I just needed a tow package and another key fob. To the rescue! Great Salesman, All other staff poor all-around This is one of the worst dealers to deal with, they buying of the car is the easy part.. but when it comes to management, fincance, title clerks and a This is one of the worst dealers to deal with, they buying of the car is the easy part.. but when it comes to management, fincance, title clerks and all the others, I find them useless, they have no clue on what they are doing, takes 3 months to get tags transferred, and also caught them in a fraud situation where they paid my current buy out versus the buy-out at the time of sale, Definealty fraudulent things going on here. I wont be returning even after owning 5 kias, but this was my first from this dealer and last. More
