Great Customer Service and Sales Experience I had not planned on buying a car when in I went in for an oil change on my 2014 Kia Optima, which I have loved! I met Edwin Sinsuat while I was walki I had not planned on buying a car when in I went in for an oil change on my 2014 Kia Optima, which I have loved! I met Edwin Sinsuat while I was walking about the dealership. He saw me looking at the Kia Sorento's. I'm pregnant with my first child and have been thinking about transitioning into a SUV for a little while now. I test drove a Kia Sorento and loved it. Edwin took the time to explain on the benefits and features of the Kia Sorento, all while being so compassionate about my pregnancy. I felt bad having to get up 20 times to use the bathroom, lol. Edwin help me get the vehicle that was right for me at this time in my lift, and he helped me get financing options that fit my budget. I really appreciated all the time he took with me. Sam Washigton, Jr. was very helpful as well in explaining the financing situation. I have been coming to this dealership for over two years to get service on my Kia Optima.
