Poor service I had my vehicle serviced on February 18, 2017. I waited for over 5 hours. Service people were rude. Left with a dirty vehicle; I called to inform ser I had my vehicle serviced on February 18, 2017. I waited for over 5 hours. Service people were rude. Left with a dirty vehicle; I called to inform service manager...he NEVER called me back. I will NEVER return to this dealership again and I will not make another purchase from them. Poor service! I would like to thank "Brian Buxton" for constantly checking on me and for his apologies for my experience. Reggie called the guys in the bay...but, most of them are rude. It's okay....I will not return. Mr. Gene was professional...along with the young lady working with him. But, the people working in the back really need to learn how to treat customers. Super great place Ms Carole did and excellent job on getting me into a car! I had been to 5 other places and they said they couldn't finance me because of my credit sc Ms Carole did and excellent job on getting me into a car! I had been to 5 other places and they said they couldn't finance me because of my credit score!!!! It took less than 3 hours and I was driving away in my car with me being the only 1 on my loan!!
