Bought used van check engine light came on next $2K to fix We drove 2.5 hours to look at a used van. After haggling over price, we came to an agreement. We drove home and loved the van- it was great for have 2 We drove 2.5 hours to look at a used van. After haggling over price, we came to an agreement. We drove home and loved the van- it was great for have 2 small kids. The very next day the check engine light came on. I drove to an Auto Zone for a diagnostic to see if it was save to drive and they said the catalytic converter was going out. I called the dealership and was basically told that because we purchased as is (something that I was not aware of but that's my fault) that we were stuck with it. They also said that Auto Zone wasn't a reliable place to get a diagnostic and they wouldn't go with that they said. Jordan the sales manager, said it couldn't be the catalytic converter because that would have made the vehicle go straight to auction and its thousands of dollars to fix it. We agreed that I would take the van to our local Kia Dealership for a diagnostic. My local dealership said the catalytic converter was going bad it would be a $2,000 fix. I called and spoke with Jordan again and we agreed to that we would return the van. So this all happened on Tuesday August 25th and today Augusta 31st the van is listed back on the website for the same price. Even though they said a van with these issues would go to auction. I am reporting to the BBB as well. I can't say it enough- stay far far away from this dealership. More

Great service Pat was awesome... had issues with brakes on my 2016 Sportage that I had just a year... they were worn..not sure why but he took care of it and had re Pat was awesome... had issues with brakes on my 2016 Sportage that I had just a year... they were worn..not sure why but he took care of it and had replaced for no cost to me.. awesome guy and great place to buy a car from... Fast experience with a knowledgeable salesman I visited the KIA Country Savannah website, because I knew I was in the market for a newer vehicle. My brother and his wife have owned several KIAs ov I visited the KIA Country Savannah website, because I knew I was in the market for a newer vehicle. My brother and his wife have owned several KIAs over the years, and suggested I check them out. I live an hour and a half away, and have a tight work schedule. Because of this, I needed assurance that my time would not be wasted. I was emailed a credit application, which I promptly filled out. I was informed that I had been approved. Thanks to the online inventory, I was able to view my prospective vehicles. Once I arrived at the dealership, Brian directed me to my first choice, which we test drove. After two hours, I drove off with my new (used) KIA Soul Plus. Brian was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions. He kept the process at a steady pace, ensuring that I left happy. Best 1st "New Car" experience! I previously went to Kia Country earlier this year because of a promotion I was sent in the mail. Carolann and I went from Car to SUV to see what Woul I previously went to Kia Country earlier this year because of a promotion I was sent in the mail. Carolann and I went from Car to SUV to see what Would be a best fit and I was able to test drive one of the SUVs. At the time I did not purchase a car but Carolann still followed up with me to see if I was interested. A couple of weeks ago, I was determined that I would get a vehicle but I wanted to try Kia first, being I've always had a great experience with the service department with my last car. I came to Kia Country with the intent of finding something that would accommodate my son and I. As I was looking around to see what may be a good fit for me but a good fit for me, Carol introduced me to Demagio and he helped me to find something that would be a good fit. Although they were closing earlier that Monday, Demagio, Sam and Carol stayed after hours to make sure I not only got a good deal but that all the paperwork was correct and in order! I was able to drive off the lot with my Brand New Car that night! The next day I came in to get my brand new car detailed and turn in some paperwork. Although I did not get the entire promotion deal that ended the previous night because of the time of entry when i made up my mind what car I wanted...Sam & Reggie made sure that I was still able to experience a portion of the same promotion which is very much appreciated!!! Even after the sale, Demagio and Carolann not only made sure my new car was detailed into tip top shape but Carolann & Carol also made sure I received a visa gift card!!! Woohoo, you can't tell me that wasn't an awesome experience and I appreciate the team I was involved with. Thank you Kia Country!! More
