The staff at the customer counter are always friendly. My issue is the need to come back for follow up work. I live an hour amd 10 minutes away so it's not convenient, and no sooner did I get my car bac My issue is the need to come back for follow up work. If I had to choose recalls, I would have had the fire hazard addressed before the headliner. I now have to make an additional appt and arrangements to have this taken care of. More

I had a great experience for my first visit. I was given the proper knowledge of what was happening with my car. The time span to have my service was a 1 month wait which shocked me but I’m very I was given the proper knowledge of what was happening with my car. The time span to have my service was a 1 month wait which shocked me but I’m very understanding that my vehicle isn’t the only car with needs. I waited 3 hrs of servicing on my car which I enjoyed the time hanging out and enjoying complimentary refreshments. Once my service was finalized I was given an important update on my vehicle which I was scheduled service for at a better timing less than a month. My vehicle is back to itself and we’re up and running smoothly. Thanks again Kia Country Of Savannah! More
