Amazing customer service Gene Henry went out with me and my family in the pouring rain to look at cars and never once complained. Every time I asked about a different vehicle Gene Henry went out with me and my family in the pouring rain to look at cars and never once complained. Every time I asked about a different vehicle he never hesitated he just went and got the keys over and over again! He was with me from start to finish! Once I finally picked my new ride he worked all day to get the numbers right and the papers together while I was at work so everything would be ready upon my arrival. Service is terrible!!! Took our Kia Sorrento in month and half after buying it. Needed rotors scraped because of noise. Took it back again for oil change and service tech sa Took our Kia Sorrento in month and half after buying it. Needed rotors scraped because of noise. Took it back again for oil change and service tech said it needed new breaks and tires (still made noise)about two months from previous. Mind you we might have put 5k miles on it since buying it. My wife took it back today and a service manager told her breaks are fine but it does need new tires and proceeded to try and sell her tires. So why do we have your service tech saying that they need replaced? Mind you we don't live close about 45 minutes away so it takes awhile and some planning to get there. My wife and I have 9-5 jobs. They don't say anything over the phone just bring it and we will take care of it, or we will look at it! Well guess what they didn't take care of it and started to try and sell us other stuff. Thanks for wasting our time! We don't have time for places like this to be toyed around and told one thing but do another. We won't be back! Your welcome for the $18k. More
