Broken promises and deception I purchased a used vehichle from Kia Country of Savannah and traded in my vehicle as well. During the deal the dealership ended owing me a $400 check I purchased a used vehichle from Kia Country of Savannah and traded in my vehicle as well. During the deal the dealership ended owing me a $400 check for the refund on my trade. I was told by the salesperson and 2 managers that I would receive the $400 in a couple of days. I also paid to have my tag transferred to my new vehichle. 2 weeks went by and I never received my check and I was pulled over twice by state troopers because my tag was never transferred. I called the dealership to question them and they er y made excuse after excuse for why the promises they made were never fulfilled and never once accepted responsibility for any of the broken promises. I felt completely manipulated and taken advantage of by this dealer More

Could have been better I had my vehicle serviced there a week and a half ago for the 60,000-mile maintenance. A part of the package was to have the health of the battery to I had my vehicle serviced there a week and a half ago for the 60,000-mile maintenance. A part of the package was to have the health of the battery to be checked. The battery was no longer working a few days later. I had it looked at and the service worker stated the battery was bad and that should have been caught during regular maintenance. I had to call for roadside assistance because it died while I was out driving. Someone should have caught this damage to the battery before they returned my car to me. More

Helped Every Step of the Way! I did prior research and visited other lots around town as well as online - just could not beat the deals and service here! When I pulled up to look at some Souls, Gene approached right away and offered a test drive. He was never pushy and helped me pick the best deal and get affordable financing even though I was just starting out with credit. Had a runaround with car insurance and out of state DMV, but Gene and Becky in the Title dept kept in contact with me every step of the way.
