BUYER BEWARE!!! I’ve dealt with quite a few car BUYER BEWARE!!! I’ve dealt with quite a few car dealerships in my life and I have to say this was one of the most crooked dealers I’ve ever dealt BUYER BEWARE!!! I’ve dealt with quite a few car dealerships in my life and I have to say this was one of the most crooked dealers I’ve ever dealt with. I live an hour and a half away from this dealership. I was in constant contact with the dealership about the car I was interested in before my arrival. Upon arrival they had the car I was coming for pulled in the front of the dealership with someone else looking at it. I drove the car and went in to deal only to find out the other people were dealing for the same car. The car was sold right out from under me all while I was completely insulted by sales and financial team and given the run around. Mind you I’m 8 months pregnant so this hasn’t set well with me. I will NEVER in my life recommend anyone to these people! More

Brian was really awesome! He helped me find a car quickly and the sales process was smooth. I would definitely recommend him as a go to sales rep! I came to Kia in August, then I worked with Brian. He was VERY honest about my situation. He wasn’t just trying to sale me on something. Brian Buxton has been a wonderful car salesman and I can’t recommend him more highly. I bought a certified used Kia Sportage a year ago and I’ve never regretted the purchase. Chris is pleasant and agreeable to work with However, it was disappointing to spend over 2 hours signing all the paperwork! We said "no" at least 4 times to Edwin before breaking down and agreeing to a minimal offer. More

Not agreed on price The sale ad said base price 14700 for the kia soul. Salesman said he could give us that after rebates if we finances with kia. After about 6 hours and a swollen , painful broken foot, I went into finance. Eager to be out, I signed the paperwork trusting on agreed prices. After a day of icing my foot I decided to look at contract. (My bad, should have first) 14,700 was no where on the contract. They started at 19, 095.00. Never did I think in walk out if there paying that much over agreed price. Never a Kia again More
