This is my second car from Kia and both times I used Kenny. They are easy to work with and make the process simple and easy to get you out as fast as possible. I would definitely use them again for anot Kenny. They are easy to work with and make the process simple and easy to get you out as fast as possible. I was disappointed in several other dealerships I had been to, and was afraid I would have the same experience at Kia Country of Savannah. But I was pleasantly surprised when I met my salesman, Kenny Ha been to, and was afraid I would have the same experience at Kia Country of Savannah. But I was pleasantly surprised when I met my salesman, Kenny Hadel. He was so helpful in finding me the perfect pre-owned car. I never felt rushed and was comfortable asking him questions. Kenny took time to explain features that I hadn't seen before on my old car. The manager was great in helping negotiate a price that made my monthly payment affordable. The finance rep made sure to she explained all of the paperwork completely. Thanks to Kenny Hadel for making this a great buying experience. More

I currently own my third car bought new from Kia. It is a 2017 Kia Forte 5D hatchback. I have continued to buy cars from Kia because I have always had a wonderful experience with them including the buying pr 2017 Kia Forte 5D hatchback. I have continued to buy cars from Kia because I have always had a wonderful experience with them including the buying process, continued maintenance and even emergency roadside assistance. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM KIA AGAIN. On Tuesday March 30, 2021 I went to reverse my car out of my driveway and it wouldn’t reverse. On Saturday April 3, 3021 I got it towed to the nearest Kia dealership, Kia Country of Savannah, which was an hour away from my home. I heard back from Andrew, the service representative assigned to my car, on Monday or Tuesday the following week. He told me they would not even be able to check out what was wrong with my car (I assumed it was transmission trouble as it would not reverse) for up to 3 weeks because they were backed up. I was understanding of this and requested a rental car through them in the mean time, he told me he wasn’t sure that my warranty would cover the cost of a rental as they had to determine what was wrong with the vehicle and then determine whether the issue was covered by my warranty at that point. I was surprised by the lack of consideration but accepted that these were the hoops we had to go through. Over the next 3 weeks no one called me to give me an update on my car, I tried calling after a week and a half and then another week after that, just to see if they’d had a chance to even look at it yet. I had to call multiple (8-10) times every time in an effort to reach a person and not just a voicemail machine that no one ever returned the messages I left on it anyways. And if Andrew wasn’t available no one had anything to say to me. Usually I wouldn’t hear back from Andrew until the next day or two. After 3 weeks (the week of April 26th) Andrew finally called me to say my car had been looked at and it needed a new transmission. Ok, I figured as much, I asked if the warranty would cover it. He said it should, no problem, he was going to start the process to get a new transmission shipped to me. About a week later I tried calling for an update. Couldn’t get through to Andrew. My husband ended up calling and got through to the general manager Reggie Moore because no one in the service department would answer him. He had Andrew call me back later that day. He told me that when I bought the car (at a dealership in another state that I had previously lived in) someone had misspelled my last name and this was causing a hold up in the warranty going through. He told me to call the Kia customer service line and I would just have to verify the correct spelling of my name to get it straightened out. I called and spoke to someone who said I needed to email them a copy of my bill of sales for the vehicle and my vehicle registration. I told her I did not have access to these because they were in the glove compartment of my car at a dealership an hour away from where I live. She told me she would get in touch with the dealership and see what she could do. A few days later I hadn’t heard anything from anyone, my husband called the dealership and finally got through to Andrew who said everything was getting resolved and he would call me back when things had finalized and the new transmission had been ordered. A few days later I still had not heard anything so I called the dealership and Andrew told me that the misspelling of my name had not been corrected and he was waiting on ME to send a copy of my license and birth certificate to the people I had spoken to when I first called Kia customer service. I was shocked because no one had told me they needed this information from me before and I said no, they told me that they needed information on documents that were currently in the glove box of the vehicle I had no access to. I gave him permission to go in my glove box and send me copies of the documents which I immediately emailed to the necessary people. At this point it is the first week of May. My car has been sitting at this dealership for 5 weeks and I’ve made a $700 car payment on a vehicle I haven’t even used in over a month. The next week Andrew calls me and says every has been sorted, my warranty is going to cover the new transmission and it has been ordered. Wonderful! I tried calling back about a week later for a progress report. Andrew called me back a day or so later to say that before the transmission could be ordered they needed to strain the transmission fluid to determine that they couldn’t fix my current transmission. The best part is the dealership didn’t have the strainer needed to do this and that had to be ordered first. I was upset but asked him to please call me back when they had results on whether they were fixing my current transmission or getting me a new one. A week later I was told that the current transmission is broken and a new one indeed needed to be ordered. This was the third time he had told me that my new transmission had been ordered and that I was on my way to getting my car back shortly. A week later I called to for a progress report, he told me that the transmission had been ordered, I asked for a estimate on its arrival, he said he would get the tracking information and call me back later. The next day he called back and said that the transmission was being shipped from Japan and that he had no idea when it would arrive. I was baffled that he told me this. At this point he offered to get me a rental car. I was so offended that NOW I was being offered a rental when I should have had one almost 2 months ago when this first occurred that I said thanks and just hung up. This was the second to last week of May. I had now made 2 months of car payments on a vehicle I hadn’t used. On June 14th, 2021 my husband called the dealership and got not get through to Andrew. Andrew called me back later that day and said that he still had no eta on when my transmission would arrive. Today is June 27th, 2021 and no one knows when I’m getting my car back. I have now made THREE months of car payments on a vehicle I haven’t used. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM EVERY PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH IN RELATION TO THIS OVER THE PAST THREE MONTHS. I TELL EVERYONE I MEET TO NEVER PURCHASE A KIA DUE TO THIS. My husband has had to borrow a company car (which he has been responsible for maintaining and paying fees on) in order for me to drive his truck so that we both had ways to get to work and survive day to day since Kia did not offer me a rental car to drive until 2 months into the process and who even knows how many more hoops I would have had to jump through in order to finally get that. DO NOT EVER BUY KIA VEHICLES. More
