This dealership isn’t customer friendly, awful customer service..They treat you like a number instead of a human being. They have no empathy at all. I had to come out of pocket $255 weekly for a rental unt service..They treat you like a number instead of a human being. They have no empathy at all. I had to come out of pocket $255 weekly for a rental until they finally got my vehicle in the shop for a diagnosis , not to mention it sat at the dealership over 30 days before being diagnosed. It was a struggle and I communicated it out but it didn’t seem to matter. When I submitted my paperwork they’re only giving me $50 for pain and suffering, so sad. Sherri Sanders was A-1. She went above and beyond to assist me once my vehicle was ready. More
KCOS has been consistent in excellent customer service. Andrew at the service desk is a pleasure to work with (as was Pat when he took care of me). Even though this visit was an oil change, I still appreci Andrew at the service desk is a pleasure to work with (as was Pat when he took care of me). Even though this visit was an oil change, I still appreciate the feedback on the other multipoint inspection items. No pressure to buy anything! For these types of visits, I usually just wait. They have a comfortable and well appointed waiting area. Overall, very pleased with the experience! More
