I had 4 new tires put on our 2017 Cadenza plus the 30,000 checkup and a new door handle that had failed. When I was there to pick it up the tires had not been cleaned and had all the residue from shipping an checkup and a new door handle that had failed. When I got home I also found that all four tire stem caps were missing. Rather than drive all the way back I bought new ones. You would have thought these would have been checked before turning the car over to me. More
Had motor replaced and they lost my engine cover, failed to install bottom plastic guard under motor(in back of car), and left old hoses in engine bay.
