Brought my 9 mth old Kia (fourth one purchased from this dealership) in for an oil change and tire rotation. We were refunded our total bill, which was appreciated, but now I wonder if the oil was even changed. One employee, big impression!!! And we brought the car here because we figured they definitely know Kia’s better than anybody. Now, I’m doubtful. More

I had 4 new tires put on our 2017 Cadenza plus the 30,000 checkup and a new door handle that had failed. When I was there to pick it up the tires had not been cleaned and had all the residue from shipping an checkup and a new door handle that had failed. When I was there to pick it up the tires had not been cleaned and had all the residue from shipping and storage on them. The dealership did clean them immediately. When I got home I also found that all four tire stem caps were missing. Rather than drive all the way back I bought new ones. You would have thought these would have been checked before turning the car over to me. More

Had motor replaced and they lost my engine cover, failed to install bottom plastic guard under motor(in back of car), and left old hoses in engine bay.
