I had my alternator replaced on my 2017 Kia after which my A/C was not cooling I called the service rep and was told to bring back and they told me they checked it out and the Eviperator was bad and they w my A/C was not cooling I called the service rep and was told to bring back and they told me they checked it out and the Eviperator was bad and they would have to have the car a day to repair it after the part come in. It was working fine when I took it in.Then they told later that it would take three days for them to repair the A/C. All this time I am still waiting for the motor to be replaced in my 2019 have done all the test they required, still no motor less than 90,000 miles and I am the only owner. More

Brought my 9 mth old Kia (fourth one purchased from this dealership) in for an oil change and tire rotation. My husband marked one tire, after giving the car back we revealed the tires were not rotated. Th dealership) in for an oil change and tire rotation. My husband marked one tire, after giving the car back we revealed the tires were not rotated. The tech was questioned and his reply was, the best tires are on the front! We paid for a tire rotation! We were refunded our total bill, which was appreciated, but now I wonder if the oil was even changed. One employee, big impression!!! And we brought the car here because we figured they definitely know Kia’s better than anybody. Now, I’m doubtful. More
