My future first purchase in 2014 was a good experience, that’s why I came back!! This experience was horrible!! I will never buy another car from them and I will tell all my friends the same! I’m wasn’t sh that’s why I came back!! This experience was horrible!! I will never buy another car from them and I will tell all my friends the same! I’m wasn’t shown the actual price until I fell in love with the car! I was falling in love with it thinking it was a much lower price!! And shame on me for showing my excitement to the salesman! The sticker price they had sent me did not show the dealer markup of $4995 as it was on the sales sheet, but when he took me out to show me it was on the sticker, it was on a separate paper next to the actual sticker and called the Kia Plus Pkg and it showed the actual cost to be $33,540! If I would have seen this price when they sent me the sticker, I would not have gone in because it was really too much for this trim compared to other dealerships! Then I asked for a copy of the sales sheet to take with me and could not get it as I was told it was for internal use only!! Yes, shame on me for not just walking away!! No, they had me, so I ended up buying it!! I do like the car a lot, but I will never be back to this dealership to purchase a car! But hooray for Kia, they flim flam d another customer, but they sold a car!! Not sure telling all this will even be read! More
