Two reasons for this rating: 1) Elijah Tucker, our sales rep. Elijah was the least pushy sales rep I have ever worked with! We first stopped at Kia of Charleston to look at a Kia Sportage. We were s sales rep. Elijah was the least pushy sales rep I have ever worked with! We first stopped at Kia of Charleston to look at a Kia Sportage. We were short on time and only had time for a quick test drive before we had another appointment to meet. Elijah didn't give us any of the "well if you don't buy it now then it may not be here when you come back in 3hrs!" nonsense. We're adults... we know that. Elijah had the car detailed and with a full tank of gas by the time we got back! This isn't the reason we bought the car, obviously, but it was nice to see that he wanted to ensure we got into a clean vehicle that was ready to hit the road. Couldn't be happier with his service. 2) Zola Gearding, our finance rep. Ugh.. finance reps... they're the worst. Not Zola! She was VERY helpful. She fully explained the CPO warranty and didn't mind the various questions that I had as my fiance was trying to finish all of the paperwork. She was thorough and didn't leave any stones unturned. She was also hilarious and had a very people-person, positive attitude! All finance reps should be taking lessons from Zola. Overall, my fiance quickly found the car she wanted and we had an amazing experience at Kia Country of Charleston. This is truly an establishment that values the customer experience. I'd say we got a fair price for the car, nothing to write home about, but we definitely didn't get taken advantage of. I will be very quick to recommend this location to anyone looking for a new set of wheels, and I will specifically mention Elijah and Zola every time! More
