Exceptional Experience I was a bit unsure and apprehensive about trading in my current vehicle and going to a new one. I wasn't even sure what brand or model I wanted. When I got to Kia, I was so impressed with the care they took in really understanding what I needed and was looking for. Even though I didn't intend to buy that day, when I turned around and saw the Sorento, I knew I had to take it for a drive. Bill was attentive and encouraged me to take my time on my test drive to get a feel for the car and make sure it was right for me. The car was in wonderful condition and had everything I was looking for. Steve was easy to talk to and got me everything I needed to make a deal that day. I came in specifically to look at optimas and for a while he tried to get me to try a Forte— I suspect it’s because they had so many on the lot. We went for a test drive in a new Ki Optima with a gorgeous panoramic sunroof and a nicer interior trim. I was sold. Like I said, I already wanted an Optima so I wasn’t a hard sell. The test drive sold it for me. We began some paperwork and right away they come back and tell me the car had already been traded to another dealer. No longer available. I then found myself immediately negotiating for a less swanky vehicle. Couldn’t hElp but feel like a bait and switch — but I knew it was an honest mistake. We negotiated on a Kia Optima without the sunroof and finally came to a number I was happy with. My only complaints were the showroom needing a serious update- including more comfortable furniture, a nicer bathroom and perhaps investing in some bottled water for customers; and the wait for the finance manager. I was there for 4 hours. Overall a great, simple car-buying experience. I’m happy with my car and have already recommended Kia country More

We were greeted by Dave Knight when we arrived and from then on were treated like a friend, not a number. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we really wanted and what we needed. We weren't pressured what-so-ever during our time there and were counseled on the correct model vehicle for our needs and price range. What you see is what you get, regardless of who walks in to buy a car. It was completely no hassle which was a welcomed breath of fresh air. We were thrilled when Dave called a few days following our visit to say the Telluride model we were hoping for was on the way - I was able to work with him to easily put down our deposit, applied for the loan online, and showed up Monday morning to claim our new car. Dave took care of everything promptly behind the scenes. The process at the dealership was easy, everyone was very nice and excited for us and our new purchase. Andy and Michael were very down-to-earth and shows why this dealership and its tenured staff are trusted and successful. I can't speak highly enough about our experience!
