We had my wife's Kia Soul in for a wheel bearing and also asked for an oil service to be done. they had the vehicle for a week, and when I went to pick it up after the bearing replacement, the oil change was asked for an oil service to be done. they had the vehicle for a week, and when I went to pick it up after the bearing replacement, the oil change was never addressed. My wife has several text messages with the service writer mentioning the oil change. when I was paying for the bearing I asked what can been done about the oil change and was told that nothing could be done, that I would have to reschedule. This was also said in a very non caring attitude. I made multiple attempts to call Mitch and was always told he was busy or not in. As a General Manager of a dealership myself. I know if this happened in my service dept I would be taking care of it to make the customer satisfied. This is not the first time we have had issues with the service dept. I spoke to them again today to try and get a oil change next week for before my wife goes to Orlando and was told first available isn't until the 26th. I will be making the drive across town to Stokes Kia from now on. More

Took 3 hours to diagnose if the brakes were sticking per the recall letter which Kia sent us. We also requested the center consol/drink holder in rear be fixed but nothing was done.
