I recently took my car in for service, including two recalls that needed to be addressed. The dealership did a good job handling my request. However, I noticed some areas for improvement in communicatio recalls that needed to be addressed. The dealership did a good job handling my request. However, I noticed some areas for improvement in communication. Additionally, during my first visit, a wiring connector was left out of place. When I returned, I realized it wasn’t properly connected, and I had to call them to figure out how to get it fixed. More
